In order to view the welcome video, you must have Apple's free QuickTime player installed. Please, click on the button on the right to go to the Apple website. Then follow the instructions on the website to download the free player. On the website you might be prompted for a download with iTunes and without iTunes. If you are not an iTunes user, you will want to select the non-iTunes download. After you have downloaded the QuickTime player, click on the picture again.
